About Us

It's been my long-held ambition to do something constructive with my passion for cooking. I've always had an interest in culinary matters, but since moving into an old house with an old Aga and spending much TLC on renovating that classic oven, I've embraced the whole concept of cooking with cast iron cookware with a convert's zeal!

Now that the kids have grown and moved on, I've got the time to devote to putting those dreams into action.

I'm busy finishing off a series of cookbooks and guides - watch this space - and I was absolutely thrilled to be able to partner with Amazon.co.uk to bring you this site. My intention is to make this the one-stop place for all your cast iron cookware needs. From the biggest range with the best prices to any advice and tidbits of information that might help those of you with a similar "affliction" to mine.
